Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item’s condition or authenticity was misrepresented. Free return shipping on verified claims.

Processing & Verification Timeline
Standard orders: All orders are processed within 24 hours of payment. Your payment card is authenticated through Square before processing.
Verification orders: Items requiring additional verification (high-value items, first-time buyers) require up to 72 hours for physical inspection, grading, and Condition Ledger publication before shipment.
Claims: Claims (disputes, returns, authenticity concerns) are reviewed and resolved within 48 hours of submission.
