Last updated: July 1, 2026. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of aagll.com and all purchases made through Anderson Asset Group LLC (“AAG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.
1. General
Anderson Asset Group LLC is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Kansas. Our principal place of business is Overland Park, KS. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and AAG. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you may not use our site or purchase from us.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of aagll.com after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use aagll.com and to purchase from AAG. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. If you are using our site on behalf of a business or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. Product Listings & Descriptions
Accuracy of Listings
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, condition grades, specifications, photographs, and pricing on aagll.com are accurate and complete. Each listing includes:
- A title and SKU identifying the specific asset.
- A condition grade (A+ through D) assigned through our physical inspection process.
- An Asset Condition Ledger with detailed spec rows describing the item’s physical condition.
- A Manifest listing all included components and accessories.
- A minimum of 5 unedited condition photographs showing the actual asset.
- A Logistics section describing shipping, pickup, and return options.
Condition Grade Disclaimer
Condition grades are assigned based on the professional judgment of our trained inspectors following the Anderson Asset Grading Standard. Grades represent a good-faith assessment of the item’s condition. While we strive for accuracy, grades are inherently subjective to a degree. If you believe an item has been mis-graded, the Anderson Verification Guarantee (Section 7) applies.
Stock Photography
We do not use manufacturer stock photography on our product pages. All images are photographs of the actual asset being sold, unedited and unretouched. Some category thumbnail images (e.g., in collection pages or search results) may use representative images for layout purposes, but the product detail page always shows the actual item.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices
All prices are listed in US Dollars and exclude applicable sales tax unless otherwise stated. Prices reflect liquidation discounts relative to manufacturer suggested retail price (MSRP). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Prices on aagll.com are the lowest across all our sales channels (eBay Store, Facebook Marketplace).
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal through our Square payment gateway. Payment is due at the time of purchase. For Make Offer transactions, payment is due upon acceptance of the offer via the secure checkout link provided.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is calculated based on the shipping address and applicable state and local tax laws. The exact amount is displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Tax-exempt buyers should contact info@aagll.com before placing an order.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping terms are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key points:
- Free FedEx Priority or UPS Ground shipping on all orders within the continental US (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories).
- Orders under $500 ship without signature requirement.
- Orders $500+ require a signature upon delivery.
- Orders $2,500+ require adult signature with ID verification.
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We insure all shipments at our cost.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Anderson Verification Guarantee provides a 30-day money-back guarantee if the item’s condition, grade, or authenticity does not match the listing. Items marked “For Parts / Repair” (Grade D) are sold as-is and are not returnable unless a defect was not disclosed.
7. Anderson Verification Guarantee
The Anderson Verification Guarantee is our commitment to you:
- Coverage: If an item you purchased from AAG is found to be counterfeit, inaccurately graded, or not as described in the listing (including undisclosed damage, wear, or missing components), we will refund 100% of the purchase price including shipping costs.
- Claim Process: Email verification@aagll.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, description of the issue, and supporting photographs. We review all claims within 48 hours.
- Remedy: If the claim is approved, we provide a prepaid return shipping label and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Limitation: The Guarantee does not cover change of mind, incompatibility, damage caused by the buyer after delivery, damage caused by a freight forwarding service, or items marked “For Parts / Repair.”
8. Make an Offer
The Make Offer feature allows you to propose a price below the listed price for eligible items. By submitting an offer:
- You agree that the offer is a binding commitment to purchase the item at the offered price if accepted.
- If accepted, we will provide a secure checkout link valid for 48 hours. Failure to complete payment within that period will void the accepted offer.
- We reserve the right to accept, counter, or decline any offer at our sole discretion.
- Offers below 50% of the listed price will be automatically declined.
9. Cross-Listing & Inventory
Many of our assets are simultaneously listed on aagll.com, our eBay Store, and Facebook Marketplace. We make every effort to sync inventory in real-time across all channels. In the rare event that an item is purchased on another channel moments before aagll.com updates, we will:
- Notify you within 48 hours of discovering the inventory discrepancy.
- Issue a full refund immediately, or offer a comparable substitute asset at the same price.
10. Account Registration
You may create an account on aagll.com. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms.
11. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use our site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of our site, including introducing malware, conducting denial-of-service attacks, or scraping data without authorization.
- Submit false or misleading information, including fraudulent claims under the Verification Guarantee.
- Resell items purchased from AAG in a manner that misrepresents their condition or origin.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on aagll.com, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the Anderson Asset Group brand name and logo, is the property of Anderson Asset Group LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Anderson Asset Group LLC and its members, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of aagll.com or any purchase made through our site, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunity. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product that is the subject of the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Anderson Asset Group LLC and its members, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of aagll.com, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
15. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Informal Resolution
Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at support@aagll.com and give us 30 days to resolve the issue informally. Most disputes can be resolved at this stage.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase from AAG that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be held in Johnson County, Kansas. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys’ fees, unless the arbitrator determines that a party’s claim or defense was frivolous. You agree that any claim must be brought in your individual capacity, not as a class action or representative proceeding.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Anderson Asset Group LLC regarding your use of aagll.com and your purchases from us, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
